Hi, I would love to introduce myself to you. My name is Jacqueline Vargas, I have two beautiful children, Gileanne and Austin Jose. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico so it’s no surprise, I speak Spanish, I’m currently living in Florida where I serve as your friendly Real Estate agent. Before I got my real estate license I was working as a fitness coach and I helped people change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way possible. I truly believe everyone has the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out. You may be wondering why I decided to pursue Real Estate?! Here is the truth, I fell in love with Real Estate while I was in the process of buying my very first home. My home buying process took almost a year, I had to follow credit recommendations and show proof of self-employment to be able to apply for a home loan. Becoming a homeowner helped me provide a stable home for my children, not having to worry about rent increasing or getting kicked out was a life-changing experience. This experience helped me realize that I wanted to pursue a Real Estate career so I can help others have the same peace of mind. Ultimately, I’m passionate about helping people find their dream home or sell their current home for top dollar. There’s just something thrilling about the smiles my clients get on their faces when all is said and done. My family can always tell when I’ve helped a client because I’m smiling from ear to ear when I get home.
