We believe in full transparency. Here’s a clear breakdown of all our fees—no surprises.
Monthly Fees
Great news, there’s no monthly fee when you’re enrolled in one of our revenue share plans! For those on the Premier Plan, a $75 monthly fee applies, which provides access to valuable tools and resources to support your business.Â
Annual Fee
Our Premier Plan annual dues are processed on January 1st of each calendar year. The $350 annual fee is conveniently deducted from your first transaction of the year, so there is no need for any upfront payment or credit card on file. Once you close your first deal, we take care of the rest, ensuring a simple and seamless experience for you.
Residential Transaction Fees
The Ultimate Plan Business Builder includes a $595 transaction fee and a 10% commission split towards your $10,000 cap that resets annually on your plan start date. The Ultimate Plan 100 has a $595 transaction fee, a $300 admin fee, and a $5,000 cap. After reaching the cap, the $595 transaction fee is waived, only the $300 admin fee will apply.Â
Residential Leases
Ultimate Plan Business builder:Â
If your commission is $2,000 or less, the client will be charged a transaction fee of 5% of that commission, plus the 10% that goes into the revenue share pool.Â
For commissions earned from referral fees, lease or rentals, or cancellations, the client will be charged a transaction fee of 5% or up to $595 of the total commission earned.
Ultimate Plan 100:Â
If your commission is $2,000 or less, the client will be charged a transaction fee of 5% of that commission, plus an extra $140 that goes into the revenue share pool.Â
For commissions earned from referral fees, lease or rentals, or cancellations, the client will be charged a transaction fee of 5% or up to $595 of the total commission earned.Â
Premier:Â
When commission is less than $2,000, a transaction fee of 5% of the commission applies plus $85. For rentals, leases, referrals, and cancellations, a 5% fee or up to $595 of the total commissions earned is applicable.
Errors & Omissions (E&O)
Agents are charged a $35 Errors & Omissions (E&O) fee for each residential sale. This fee does not apply to residential leases and is not included in the calculation of an agent’s commission cap.Â
Representing Both Sides of a Transaction
In the event that the brokerage represents both the buyer and the seller in the same transaction, transaction fees will be assessed for each side of the transaction.

The Premier 100% commission program is for a qualified agent that has closed 4 or more sales transactions within a 12-month calendar cycle. The UP Business Builder Plan split has a 90% Commission to the Agent and 10% to the Company’s Revenue Share Plan for distribution according to the Policy and Procedure of the La Rosa Revenue Share Plan. CRM Lofty is offered at $14.99/month.

How many levels do I have to unlock to begin earning revenue share?
At La Rosa Realty, you start with zero levels to unlock—no barriers, no hidden hoops. You earn exactly what’s rightfully yours from day one, simple and straightforward!Â
Do all transactions qualify for Revenue Share?
Certain transactions do not qualify for revenue share, including lease/rental deals, referrals, commercial real estate transactions, and cancellations. To be eligible to receive revenue share, you must be enrolled in the Ultimate Plan – Business Builder, and your downline must also be participating in a revenue share plan with qualifying transactions.Â
What happens after I cap on the Revenue Share plan?
Once you reach your cap—$10,000 under the Ultimate Plan Business Builder or $5,000 under the Ultimate Plan 100—you will transition to 100% commission for the remainder of your plan year, through your anniversary date.Â
