I’m originally from Denver, Colorado and retired from teaching in 2017. My husband is a Marine and a retired firefighter. We have always loved old houses, especially fixer uppers! We have lovingly renovated three homes, two that were built in the 1920s, and one that was built in 1950, restoring the charm and nostalgia of the era. We are currently renovating a 1922 Spanish Colonial. Our goal has always been to stay true to the era and the architecture while modernizing the home with the convenience of living in the 21st century. My passion is to help fellow historic home lovers find their perfect home and help them realize the potential of making a house a home.
