Carol’s business career spans 28 years in the field of Human Resources with leading Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Her leadership roles have supported organization such as, Starbucks, Amazon, FedEx Office, Nextel, and Pitney Bowes in Transportation/ Logistics, Retail, Telecommunications, and eCommerce solutions. Semi-retired in 2023 from the corporate world, Carol wanted to spend quality time with family and to dedicate time with her Real Estate business and interest.
Carol is a Certified Life Coach and Energy Leadership Practitioner with a focus on leadership development and business relationships. She enjoys collaborating to determine areas of concern to identify a workable plan for execution.
Carol holds a bachelor and master degree in the field of Human Resourse Management and hold credits towards a doctorate.
Born in Phildelphia, Pennsylvania, Carol is married to her childhood sweatheart and have a blended family of four children, four grandchildren and two fur babies.
