A resident of Miami for more than 31 years, she has witnessed the tremendous change and growth that had been transforming our South Florida. She has been working in many areas in Miami-Dade County and Broward county representing buyer, sellers and institutional clients. Her business is based on more than 70 percent referrals from satisfied clients. Most important to Damasis is providing the most excellent service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business. Damasis has sold homes in all price ranges from townhouse and homes to starting clients to high dollar estate properties, to uptown condos and investments properties as well as distress institutional properties. Prior to entering in real estate, Damasis worked at BBDO South, Miami division at the accounting department and she was a manager for the women and home department with Sears at the Town & Country Mall. Damasis Alvarez was born and raised in Cuba and move to Miami on 1989 with her lovely husband Jose and their kids. Proud mother of 3 accomplished adult children and 4 grand-children’s.
