Born and raised in Pereira, Colombia, Dayana moved to the United States in 2002 with her parents in search of a better future. As a young adult, she helped grow the family’s pest control business, which they successfully operated for over 10 years before selling it—an experience that shaped her strong work ethic, business mindset, and love for service.

She later pursued a degree in Business Administration from Ana G. Mendez University and transitioned into real estate, where she found her true calling. With over 8 years of experience, Dayana now specializes in helping families find their dream homes and guiding small business owners in leasing or purchasing commercial properties across Central Florida.
