Dwight Anderson is a professional real estate agent with La Rosa Realty.
In September 2018 Dwight Anderson became a Professional Realtor and officially started his career with La Rosa Realty North Florida Office, but also along side Earitha Chantel Anderson his wife of nearly 11 years.
On August 2, 2019 Dwight and his lovely wife Earitha Chantel Anderson became Franchise Owners of La Rosa Realty. Since purchasing La Rosa Realty Jacksonville his 20 year veteran in the business and coach/mentor Earitha Chantel Anderson, passed away on December 16, 2019 , while they both was in the Bahamas after attending her uncle’s funeral the day before.
In 2017, through the guidance of his wife Earitha he started his journey in real estate after attending a “Do It Now!” seminar in Celebration, FL with Joe La Rosa, Founder of La Rosa Realty. Dwight discovered his passion for helping other people excel while listening to Joe La Rosa explain why most Realtors earn less than 37k a year. When he heard the reason why most earn less than 37k he was SHOCK! Although he wasn’t a Realtor at the time he attended this event he believed he could do it and Do It Now! Dwight set out to be the determining factor in his wife’s business and not only adding value to his wife and her business but to others he would encounter. Dwight kept moving, and on February, 19th 2020 Dwight passed his Broker’s State Exam and became the Broker of his franchise La Rosa Realty Jacksonville.
