As Co-Founder and Broker of La Rosa Realty Jacksonville, Dwight has played a key role in the growth and success of the brokerage, contributing to more than $300 million in collective Florida sales volume. He specializes in residential sales, seller representation, investor transactions, military relocation, and strategic real estate consulting for high-net-worth individuals and commercial clients.
Following the passing of his late wife and business partner in 2019, Dwight assumed leadership of the brokerage, continuing their shared vision while guiding agents and clients with steady leadership and faith-centered values. His extensive experience in brokerage operations, mentorship, and business development has made him a trusted resource for both consumers and real estate professionals.
Beyond real estate, Dwight is an ordained minister, nonprofit founder, and dedicated community servant. He previously served as Community Life Supervisor for the City Rescue Mission in Jacksonville, where he oversaw shelter operations and faith-based programming designed to support vulnerable individuals and families. He is also the founder of Have Only Positive Expectations (H.O.P.E.), a nonprofit organization focused on uplifting communities through outreach, encouragement, and service.
A graduate of multiple advanced real estate designation programs, Dwight holds the ABR, SRS, GRI, MRP, AHWD, SFS, and CCPP certifications.
