I have been in the Real Estate business for the past 12 years, as a Real Estate agent and Property Manager between Orlando and Miami area, managing over 500 properties for my international and local clients. Specialist in Rent, sales, short term rentals (Airbnb). With my experience and knowledge during the times where selling a home has been difficult for some of our South Florida residents and most of our nation, my homeowners clients were able to successfully lease or sell their properties efficiently. As the market has been improvement all these past years my customer service, guidance and knowledge in financing and finances has help to achieve the dreams of all my customers. 
As I worked closely with developers, brokers and Real Estate agents, I have learned the real needs of my customers. I have been using the latest technology available in the evolving market of Real Estate such as social media, virtual walk-throughs, marketing tools.
As a Property Manager my experience and learning has been fed all these years. I acquired skills and knowledge in property management software as App-folio, doorloop and also I'm able to use Microsoft office. How to deal and pay my client's properties taxes, work as a Team with the accountants in order to open corporations for my foreign clients, also I dealing with the renovations of these corporations annually.
Deal with Tenants and many issues that they report as repairs, flood emergencies, water restoration issues, A/C issues, pets concerns, remodeling properties with a Team of licensed vendors. Also inspections, evictions, communities problems, parking problems, pest control companies, plumber companies, Insurance companies and adjusters, security companies, Landscaping companies, pool maintenance companies, open and closing FPL accounts.
As Real Estate Agent also I rent these property and I deal with the screening process of my futures Tenants, making transfers to my Landlords of their rents payments and security deposits.
Based in the experience of all these past years my goal has been to be a complete, versatile professional
