About Louis Whitaker

Raised in Las Vegas, NV, I moved to Orlando, FL in 2004 where I finished high school at William R Boone HS. After high school, I attended the University of Central Florida and graduated in 2009 with a BA degree in Business Administration and a Minor A.S. degree in Accounting & Finance.

While in high school, at the age of 16, I worked for my parents in the Facilities Maintenance industry focusing on commercial and industrial properties. Today, I have over 20 years experience in Facilities Maintenance and Management. I have overseen and managed all the property maintenance on properties such as Baldwin Park, Icon Park (Orlando Eye), Orlando Convention Center (All Concourses) , many Disney properties, and over 500 other commercial & industrial properties in the Central Florida area from Tampa to Daytona.

I began representing sellers, buyers, and landlords in their real estate needs in 2012 as a licensed residential real estate agent. I received the Gold Key Designation for Excellence in Professionalism.

Only about 2 years into getting my licensed I realized my passion was actually in commercial real estate. Especially gas stations!! I am 1 of only 4 gas station specialists in the state of Florida certified and trained completely with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP).

I am a Graduate of the CRE Mastery Academy taught by well-known CCIM Instructor and Coach, Blaine Strickland. I am mentored by John Crossman, CCIM a long-time mentor and friend of mine.

I am an avid supporter of community service and giving back. I fully support and sponsor my son’s travel baseball organization, Southern Squeeze Baseball Organization.  I sit on the Board of the largest Hispanic Chamber in the country, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando (HCCMO).

I enjoy going out dancing with my beautiful wife or being with my kids at the farmers market for much cherished family time. I spend most of my weekend time either in a batting cage or on a baseball field with my son traveling the country watching him play baseball. I love to travel and see the world!!
