Missy Reeves McIntee was born and raised in Winter Haven, FL by her parents, who also were born in Florida & raised 1 block from each other in Winter Haven, as well. Prior to pursuing a Real Estate Career, Missy has owned and managed other businesses, Including a Nail Salon, Network Marketing Business & even became a Supervisor/Stage Manager in Entertainment Production at Universal Orlando. Upon settling down and getting married, she decided to get her Real Estate License and pursue the business. She started out working as an Agent for a Builder in Clermont, FL selling Residential and Short Term Rental Vacation Homes. After having her first child, she decided to pursue General Real Estate and joined Coldwell Banker Team Realty in Davenport, FL
There she met the Owner of the Company and knew she had found a successful Mentor, teacher & overall system to help her specialize in Foreign National Sales of Short Term Rental Vacation Homes. She traveled often overseas to the UK, working at Property Exhibitions sponsored by Bentley International Homes, and catapulted into great successes, earning her several awards including Bentley International Homes International Real Estate Agent of the Year, among all the countries represented worldwide.
