Born in Mexico, I moved to Jacksonville, Florida at 9 years old—and I’ve proudly called this city home ever since. Growing up in a Spanish-speaking household and adapting to a new culture taught me resilience, adaptability, and drive. At 17, after my parents returned to Mexico, I stayed behind to pursue a better future on my own.

Over the years, I gained valuable experience across hospitality, accounting, and property services. Life brought challenges—but each one shaped my work ethic and fueled my determination.

Today, I’m a U.S. citizen, a licensed real estate agent, and co-founder of a family-owned remodeling and residential improvement company. My true specialty lies in investment properties—flipping homes, identifying value opportunities, and helping others build long-term equity through smart real estate decisions.

Having lived in Jacksonville since 1997, I know this city inside and out—from established neighborhoods like Riverside, San Marco, and Mandarin to growing areas in the surrounding counties. I use that knowledge to help my clients make confident, well-informed decisions—whether they’re buying, selling, or investing.
